Disorderly Conduct

Any behavior that tends to disturb the public peace or decorum, scandalize the community, or shock the public sense of morality.

Agencies must include in this classification:

  • Unlawful assembly
  • Disturbing the peace
  • Disturbing meetings
  • Disorderly conduct in state institutions, at court, at fairs, on trains or public conveyances, etc.
  • Blasphemy, profanity, and obscene language
  • Refusing to assist an officer
  • Attempts to commit any of the above
