Disorderly Conduct
Any behavior that tends to disturb the public peace or decorum, scandalize the community, or shock the public sense of morality.
Agencies must include in this classification:
- Unlawful assembly
- Disturbing the peace
- Disturbing meetings
- Disorderly conduct in state institutions, at court, at fairs, on trains or public conveyances, etc.
- Blasphemy, profanity, and obscene language
- Refusing to assist an officer
- Attempts to commit any of the above
