Driving Under the Influence
Driving or operating a motor vehicle or common carrier while mentally or physically impaired as the result of consuming an alcoholic beverage or using a drug or narcotic.
Agencies must include in this classification:
- Operating a motor vehicle while under the influence
- Operating an engine, train, streetcar, boat, etc., while under the influence
