Following retirement as the contracts law attorney for the Department of the Army at Fort Wainwright, Alaska, Ms. Carson opened North Pole’s first law office. More than half of her 20-plus-year legal career has been spent as a federal Government Contracts attorney for the U.S. Army and Air Force.
