I began my career in Los Angeles, defending doctors and hospitals in malpractice suits. After relocating to Texas in 1999, I have focused on representing those injured by the negligence of a third party.

Originally from New Orleans, Kathy E. Roux graduated from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. While in law school, she was elected Freshman Class Representative and appointed Ombudsman for LSU’s Student Government Association. I grew up in Austin, attended Baylor, lived in Dallas with my wife for a number of years before moving to Fort Worth, started a family, and opened my practice.

Jacquelyn is a trained Family and Civil Mediator as well as a trained Parenting Coordinator. Dispute Resolution Services provides mediation and conflict resolution training to individuals and groups as well as low cost mediation services. DRS works with parties engaged in active litigation as well as individuals and/or groups not engaged in active litigation but who are in need of conflict resolution or mediation services. Jacquelyn also enjoys public speaking and engaging in community education activities.
