Jennifer is a native of Northwest Ohio. She graduated Cum Laude from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English in 1996. After completing her undergraduate degree, she worked for two years at a local counseling agency as a mental health social worker for chronically mentally ill patients, networking these individuals with community resources and providing supportive services to prevent in-patient hospitalizations. Clay practices principally in the areas of personal injury. He was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 2008 and is currently serving in leadership roles as a member of the YMCA’s Executive Board, the CCNO Citizens Advisory Committee, and the Board of Trustees for the Ohio Association for Justice. When Clay isn’t at work, he lives in Defiance with his wife Ashton and he enjoys cooking BBQ, playing sports, hunting, and cheering for the Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns.

Daniel R. Michel is a past President of the Ohio Association for Justice (OAJ), the state trial lawyers organization that advocates for the rights of consumers and injured persons.
