John Andrew Motter, (Andy) is a native of Worthington, Ohio. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Denison University he went to receive his Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit School of Law. Jesse graduated from The University of Akron in 2001 with a degree in Fire Protection Technology. He graduated again in 2004 with degrees in the Arts and Emergency Management. In 2006 he received his Master's degree in Sociology and began work on his PhD.
