I am a graduate of the Dickinson School of Law, where I served as Editor of the Law Review. I have been in continuous practice since October of 1984. I am also a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.

As an undergraduate, he attended The Pennsylvania State University’s main campus, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology.
