Katrina has been practicing law since 2015 and is a member of the Texas Bar College. Additionally, she is a Certified Guardian Ad Litem and Certified Civil and Family Law Mediator. Katrina’s practice focuses on divorce, child custody, estate planning, guardianship, real estate transactions and mediation services.

Dan concentrates on helping people with trial and appeal of criminal cases from all trial courts in Texas, including his home county of Kaufman. Dan also helps clients with postconviction writs. Dan graduated from Baylor Law School in 1986 and began his career in the Kaufman County District Attorney's office and then moving into private practice in the 1990's.

I still make house calls. I know your time is valuable and sometimes you just can't get away from the baby, work, school, etc. That's why I am willing to come to you. We can have an initial phone consult to discuss your needs then we will set up a time and I will drive to the appointment wherever you are, I will bring all necessary paperwork to get you started.
