The Act (INA), which, along with other immigration laws, treaties, and conventions of the United States, relates to the immigration, temporary admission, naturalization, and removal of aliens.

American immigration law.  The Immigration and Nationality Act, or INA, was created in 1952, Public Law No. 82-414.  The INA has been amended many times over the years, but is still the basic body of immigration law.
