Manual for Courts-Martial

Often referred to as the "MCM," this Executive Order is the President's implementation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Pursuant to Article 36 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, the President uses the MCM to provide procedures for the practice of military law, such as the Rules for Courts-Martial and the Military Rules of Evidence.
