William Abbott was born in Dallas, Texas and admintted to the Texas State Bar in 1998, U.S. District Court, Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas in 2002. He got his B.A. in 1995 from University of Texas and his J.D degree from Texas Tech University in 1998. He is a member of the Houston and American Bar Association as well as the Texas State Bar Workers' Compensation Section.
