William Markham received his law degree from Harvard Law School in 1987 and has practiced law in California for the past thirty-one years. Mr. Schack received a degree in Economics from Rutgers College in 1978. In December of 1981, he received his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law (State Bar No. 99126).
