Shayna K. Cavanaugh is dedicated to the practice of issues involving families, including divorce, guardianship, children’s issues, child support and alimony, and domestic violence. Pillifant found at 32 So.3d 784 (2d DCA). I also handle cases in personal injury, defamation, and employment law. My immigration practice is based on Investment Visas and Family Visas as well as naturalization matters.

Mr. Upson represents clients in all Florida Courts of Appeal and the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals including inmates in post conviction and habeas proceedings.
