Clayton D. Hackney is a junior partner with the law firm of DiBello, Lopez & Castillo, P.A. His practice is concentrated in the areas of general commercial litigation, real estate litigation, construction litigation, and appellate practice. He has represented clients in the state and federal courts of Florida on a wide range of matters, including contract disputes, business torts, commercial and residential landlord/tenant matters, and construction lien claims.

With over nineteen years experience as a Litigation Attorney, Mr. Cruanes has handled all aspects of Litigation from case inception through its trial, and any subsequent Appeals. He has achieved success in complex, often difficult to win cases. He has successfully practiced in Florida State and Federal Courts, to include the Third District Court of Appeals, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Prior to becoming an Attorney, Mr. Cruanes served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Major, and having commanded Marine Units of up to 450 Marines, in peacetime and war.

Mr. Callison earned his J.D. at Columbia University School of Law in 1988 where he was a member of the Columbia Human Rights Law Review. He earned his B.A., with highest honors, from the University of Tennessee in 1985. Mr. Callison is a life member of Phi Beta Kappa, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and the Federal Trial Bar. Mr. Callison is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating awarded by that organization.

Don Fitzgerald practices in the area of commercial and consumer litigation.
