Matt joined May Oberfell Lorber in 2020. For over fifteen years, he has handled all phases of litigation in large markets, including Chicago and Indianapolis, and has successfully argued for reversals in the appellate courts of Indiana, Michigan, and the Seventh Circuit. William Ramsey has extensive experience representing clients on appeals, defending against medical malpractice claims and general liability matters. He also works with businesses on commercial litigation issues, including disputes related to copyright and trademark rights and licensing and compliance matters. Mr. James Barth graduated magna cum laude from Valparaiso Law School in 2016. He is an attorney at the law offices of Pfeifer Morgan & Stesiak, focusing his practice in the area of personal injury and advocating for clients who have suffered an injury or loss. Having clerked for both Federal and State trial courts, Mr. Barth gained valuable knowledge and experience in a courtroom setting. He is a valued asset to the firm, using his experiences from time served in the Marine Corps helping junior Marines through the issues they faced to make the law relatable to his clients.

Gregory L. Fumarolo graduated from Indiana University School of Business in 1975 and Indiana University School of Law (Indianapolis) in 1978. His legal career began in 1978 as an Allen Superior Court Law Clerk. Fumarolo was Chief Deputy Prosecutor of Allen County from 1983 to 1986, but the vast majority of his career has been in the criminal defense arena either via private practice or as a public defender, primarily in Allen County.

He has significant experience defending discrimination and retaliation lawsuits in state and federal courts.
