Brenda Russo has been in private practice in California since 1986. She spent the first several years of practice working in civil litigation, including personal injury and product liability cases. I began practicing family law in 1999 and worked for a non-profit for 5 years where I successfully represented survivors of domestic violence and their children in court. In 2007 started my own family law practice to offer services for those who want to divorce using a non-adversarial model. I offer Mediation, Collaborative Practice, and other forms of settlement oriented methods of divorce that seek to find a mutually agreeable resolution for both parties.
Ben Hamburg provides mediation services to parties seeking to resolve their disputes without the risk inherent in proceeding through trial, and additionally provides services as an arbitrator. Ben has had significant success in resolving some of the most difficult cases utilizing creative solutions. Ben also represents parties in litigation and transactional matters.
For 11 years, Ms. Mills practiced law as a litigator. In Spring, 2007, she gave up the practice of litigation to focus exclusively on mediation. Today, Ms. Mills is a mediator focusing on elder mediation and civil mediation. Most of her practice is in Contra Costa County, but she will travel throughout the Bay Area for mediation.
