Matthew Bouillon Mascareñas is a securities and financial services attorney based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He began his career as an assistant district attorney in a small mountain town before developing an interest in Bitcoin while working as a state assistant attorney general on the US-Mexico border in 2014.
