J. MICHAEL McBRIDE has helped businesses and individuals through bankruptcy for 34 years. His firm handles business reorganization, Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy and represents creditors in Chapter 13 bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, collections, arbitration and mediation, as well as related federal court litigation. I grew up in Austin, attended Baylor, lived in Dallas with my wife for a number of years before moving to Fort Worth, started a family, and opened my practice.

Shawn’s practice includes a wide variety of civil litigation including: intellectual property litigation (patent, trademark, and trade secret), commercial litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, civil rights, and employment law. This broad practice has given him experience in many different aspects of litigation including: case assessment and research, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, hearing presentation, and trial presentation. Jacquelyn is a trained Family and Civil Mediator as well as a trained Parenting Coordinator. DRS works with parties engaged in active litigation as well as individuals and/or groups not engaged in active litigation but who are in need of conflict resolution or mediation services.
