Shawn’s practice includes a wide variety of civil litigation including: intellectual property litigation (patent, trademark, and trade secret), commercial litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, civil rights, and employment law. Jack Ternan's practice includes extensive experience in commercial litigation, business litigation, arbitration, appeals and appellate, corporate litigation, real estate litigation, breach of contract, open government litigation, partnership / business divorce disputes, and other civil litigation. Brian L. Bunt is a native of Longview, Texas. He attended Texas A&M University, receiving his B.A. in Political Science in 1986. He obtained his law degree from Baylor University School of Law, where he was a member of the National Mock Trial Team and named a moot court top-ten speaker.

Following law school, Mr. Bunt joined the firm of Roberts, Hill & Calk, in Longview, achieving the rank of partner.
