Evelyn Brooks grew up in Little Rock and is a native Arkansan. Her mother Elizabeth Brooks was one of the early women lawyers to practice in Arkansas graduating from law school in 1963. Evelyn attended Hendrix College and the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville where she graduated with her law degree.

Evelyn has been practicing law devoted to the areas of workers' compensation and Social Security disability since 1987. With over thirty years of experience she is a leader in Arkansas Workers' Compensation practice. I graduated with honors from the University Arkansas at Fayetteville as a Criminal Justice major. I then attended law school in little rock. While there, I clerked for criminal defense attorney for two years before taking the bar.
I studied criminal law long before attending law school. I am well versed in criminal defense law.
