Jarred Kibbey co-founded Natural State Law, PLLC.

Prior to opening the firm, Jarred served a wide array of organizations from large not-for-profit insurance companies, to small privately held companies where he worked directly with some of the largest employers and most respected health systems in the country to create innovative business solutions to complex problems.

Jarred also served as the Senior Policy Advisor to the Arkansas Department of Health and Senior Healthcare Advisor to Governor Hutchinson.

Jarred’s diverse, real-world experience in both business and government provide him with unique set of skills to work on the most challenging of issues for his clients.

William “Zac” White, a sixth generation Arkansan, was raised in Forrest City, AR, until the sixth grade when his family moved to Marion, AR, where he graduated high school. He earned a bachelor’s degree in International Trade from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, AR, a Masters Degree in International Economics and Finance, and obtained his law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of law.

I graduated with honors from the University Arkansas at Fayetteville as a Criminal Justice major. I then attended law school in little rock. While there, I clerked for criminal defense attorney for two years before taking the bar.
I studied criminal law long before attending law school. I am well versed in criminal defense law.
