Heather's law experience brings extensive real-world criminal and juvenile crime knowledge from spending nine years as a deputy prosecutor. She has expanded the Law Group's practice areas to include probate and estate planning, bankruptcy, and domestic relations. She is a proud University of Arkansas School of Law alumnae, who continues to donate more than 100 hours annually to coach the law school's Student Trial Advocacy Team.

God seemed to lead me to the practice of law. I gravitated to the kind of law that helps people when they are hurting: family law, bankruptcy law, accidents and wrongful death, wills and trusts.

After discharge from the military, I joined Martin Attorneys, PA in 2011. I'm passionate about helping people and loves that the law allows him to do just that.

I began my career as a lawyer at Martin Attorneys, P.A. in 2001, and my practice has always focused on bankruptcy. I like the fact that bankruptcy, more than many other practice areas, is driven by legal rather than factual disputes.

Scott came to practice of law later in life than most. After spending many years in management roles, he decided to do what he had always planned to do as a child and go back to school to become an attorney. She has experience working with a Fortune 50 corporation's Ethics and Compliance department and in federal court representing chapter 7 bankruptcy debtors.
