Christine practices both state and federal law in several counties. She is known for her thorough legal representation in both bankruptcy and criminal law, and her superior customer service. She has also served in both the executive and legislative branches of government, and has taught legal classes at U.C. Davis.

I graduated from Boalt Hall School of Law at UC Berkeley in 2002 where I was an editor of Ecology Law Quarterly. Prior to that, I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Communication Studies from Loyola Marymount University. I was an adjunct professor of Communication Studies at Hawaii Pacific University, and have been an editor for many publications. I have also owned and run a few small businesses. Christopher C. Phillips was born in Sacramento and raised in Glen Ellen, CA (the heart of Sonoma Valley). Growing up, Chris was always a good student, but was consumed with Baseball. Aubrey Jacobsen began advocating for consumers in bankruptcy in 2005 working as a receptionist for one of the largest bankruptcy law firms in Sacramento. Eventually, she worked her way up to case manager, all the while expanding her knowledge and skills necessary to aid individuals seeking relief under the Bankruptcy Code. Aubrey has prepared and administered countless Chapter 7 liquidation and Chapter 13 reorganization cases, and has even had experience in working with attorneys on Chapter 11 and 12 cases.
