Issac focuses his practice on civil litigation, consumer bankruptcy, commercial collections, and judgment enforcement. Issac also represents clients in a variety of real estate matters, creditors' and debtors' rights, and helping clients plan for the need of advance directives, healthcare proxies, powers of attorney, and wills.

Issac received his law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2015 where he was the editor in chief of the Cardozo Public Law, Policy, and Ethics Journal, and received the Jacob Burns Medal for unusual achievement in various law school academic/professional activities. Served as District Court Judge (1998), County Court Judge (1999-2018), Acting Family Court Judge (1999-2018) and Acting Supreme Court Justice (2006-2018) in Suffolk County, New York. Author of over 250 judicial reported and published decisions, official and unofficial, in multiple areas of the law.
