Originally from the Thousand Islands region of New York. I relocated to Texas via the U.S. Air Force in 1988. I spent the first 15 years in Austin, prior to attending law school at St. Mary's school of law. Once licensed, I relocated to San Antonio.

I am one of three lawyers in Texas who are Board Certified in Collections and Creditor's Rights Law. I have specialized in collection work for my entire career, including collection by lawsuit, bankruptcy, arbitration, and probate.

Pete has been practicing law for over 35 years. He has been Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Consumer Bankruptcy and Business Bankruptcy since 1994. He graduated from Texas Tech University with a business degree.
