My practice includes helping both individuals and small businesses restructure and reorganize or wipe out their debts. I am admitted to practice in Washington, Ohio, and the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

My practice is focused is focused on resolving debt issues, protecting assets, and litigation regarding the same for individuals and small to mid size businesses. Prior to founding Washington Debt Law, PLLC, I worked at one of the largest creditor side law firms, representing financial institutions in bankruptcy, eviction, foreclosure, and litigation matters.
