I have extensive trial and litigation experience before state courts, administrative tribunals and federal courts in the areas of business and commercial disputes and claims under various federal laws. I have tried significant damage cases and represented parties through all phases of litigation through trial and appeal.

I was born in 1959 in Iwakuni, Japan and grew up in rural Kansas. I attended college at the Colorado College and graduated with his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1981.
