Stacey Montgomery has been an attorney in California since 1993. Stacey has worked in Criminal Law, Family Law, Personal Injury and Estate Planning. Stacey has worked both sides of the aisle as both a Public Defender and as a Prosecutor giving her a unique insight into the Criminal Justice System. Stacey was elected to serve the people of Lassen County as their District Attorney in 2014, recently finishing her full term.

Joseph M. Earley III was admitted to the California Bar in 1992. Mr. Earley graduated in 1981 from California Polytechnic State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry, and received his Master of Science degree in molecular biology from San Diego State University in 1984. Between 1984 and 1988, Mr. Earley studied as a graduate student at the University of Arizona in the Ph.D. program in the department of Molecular and Cellular Biology.
