Ms. Vance graduated Summa Cum Laude from Portland State University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in criminology. She went on to attend Cal Northern School of Law in Chico, California where she earned a Masters degree in Legal Studies and a Juris Doctorate degree. She currently sits as Trustee on the board of Trustees at Cal Northern School of Law. Ms. Vance worked as a social worker for 16 years prior to attending law school. Joseph M. Earley III was admitted to the California Bar in 1992. Mr. Earley graduated in 1981 from California Polytechnic State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry, and received his Master of Science degree in molecular biology from San Diego State University in 1984.
