Tyler Brooks represents clients throughout the United States in cases involving free speech, religious liberty, and individual rights. He also represents clients in complex business litigation, employment disputes, and bankruptcy matters, as well as in business transactions and estate planning. Before starting his own practice, Tyler worked for six years, first as an associate attorney and then partner, at a civil litigation firm based in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he primarily represented railroads and other clients in the transportation industry. I have practiced law since 2004, defending clients who were accused of everything from shoplifting to murder, trying more than 25 cases to a jury verdict. I have also represented clients in civil rights cases, personal injury, real estate, debt collection, divorce/custody, adult and child protective services, administrative adjudications, and appeals. My experience has given me a broad range of legal knowledge that I can readily adapt to new cases. I live in and love the mountains in the outskirts of Waynesville, Haywood County.

I represent individuals in all types of employment disputes, including discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower actions, severance negotiations, equal pay violations, sexual harassment and assault, non-compete contracts, labor rights, wage and hour violations, leaves of absence, workplace safety, and executive compensation matters.

After earning his juris doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2010, Clark started working in Iredell County. Mr. Littlejohn graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science before attending law school. During his time in law school, Mr. Littlejohn received Dean’s List Honors, as well as a Pro Bono Distinction for his work with victims of Hurricane Katrina through the Mississippi Center for Justice, and his mentorship of Charlotte youth through Faith, Hope, and Love Mentoring.
