Jamie E. Harrell earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2011. Born and raised in Avon, Indiana, she graduated from Indiana University majoring in Political Science.

Jamie focuses her practice primarily on civil litigation, especially in the area of family law. She has extensive experience handling divorce, marital property disputes, child custody and support issues. Ms. Carey has practiced law for the past thirty (30) years primarily in the area of bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation; however, she also handles other matters including probate planing, estate administration, civil litigation, collection matters and some domestic law matters.

Christine L. Bartlett joined Ferguson Law in 2011. A lifelong Bloomington resident, Christine attended Indiana University for undergrad, where she majored in Art History and Sociology. She obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Indiana University Mauer School of Law. While attending law school, she served as a Managing Editor on the Federal Communications Law Journal. Christine has served on the Monroe County Apartment Association Board since 2013 and is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association.

David Ferguson joined the firm in 1981. I was born in Comstock Park, Michigan, but have been a resident of Indiana for 40 years. Graduate from Michigan Technical University in 1971 with Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and attained Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville School of Law in 1978. I am a Sole Practitioner in Indiana with 37 years of civil litigation and trial work.

Greggory W. Hockemeyer obtained his bachelor’s degree with honors at Wabash College (Crawfordsville, IN) in 1985. Hockemeyer attended IU School of Law at Indianapolis following college.
