Kottemann, Jr., received a Business Degree from Louisiana State University, his Juris Doctorate Degree from Tulane University School of Law and his Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans. He served as Assistant District Attorney for the Parish of Orleans then opened his own practice in collection law. Mr. Kottemann has practiced commercial, consumer and traffic law for over 20 years now.

Seth Moyers is a shareholder with Wiener, Weiss & Madison. He joined the firm in 2009 and practices primarily in the areas of collections, bankruptcies, and other commercial litigation. Seth has represented both commercial and individual creditors throughout the collections process, including settlements and judicial collection proceedings in both Louisiana State Courts and United States Bankruptcy Courts.
