Mr. Reiser obtained his B.A. in English, with a minor in Political Science, from John Carroll University, in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Reiser received his Juris Doctor from SUNY Buffalo Law School in 2016, graduating cum laude.

Before joining HoganWillig, Mr. Reiser practiced in real estate, mortgage servicing, mortgage foreclosure litigation, and title resolution.

I became a trial attorney after many bench and jury trials as a Monroe County, NY, Assistant District Attorney. Through years of experience in civil actions, I have undertaken dozens of civil trials for personal injury and property damage, relentlessly pursuing the protection of the rights and interests of my clients.

V.S. “Vik” Vilkhu is experienced in matters involving creditor’s rights, trial practice, and criminal litigation. Vik has practiced before trial courts throughout New York and all four Federal District Courts in the State of New York. As the firm’s lead trial attorney, he has broad experience in managing and conducting bench and jury trials and hearings.
