He began his career as a bankruptcy attorney working for a government agency that monitors bankruptcy cases. He entered private practice in 1990, representing clients in personal and business bankruptcies, from the simplest to the most complex. Mr. Spaeth has been a solo practitioner for over 17 years. Mark Henry is a civil litigator with over 20 years practice experience in Dayton, Ohio. His practice focuses on ERISA disability and insurance claims, Plaintiff's personal injury and general civil litigation matters.

Ms. Wells dedicates her practice to helping Ohio consumers. Her practice involves primarily consumer protection litigation.
