My practice covers a broad variety of business and intellectual property matters, including, drafting and negotiating technology contracts (e.g., SaaS, software licensing, etc.), preparing and managing investments in private companies, preparing federal trademark registration applications and managing trademark portfolios, drafting privacy policies and addendums (with hands-on experience with CANSPAM, CCPA, and GDPR), drafting and maintaining corporate records, and conducting due diligence (including coordinating review of documents with outside counsel).

Alykhan Sunderji has over a decade of experience advising businesses large and small. Prior to founding Sunder Legal, Alykhan led the legal team for Amazon Fashion, the largest apparel retailer in the United States. Before fashion, Alykhan led the legal team for Amazon Canada, the largest e-commerce retailer in Canada. Alykhan started his legal career at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in New York City, where he practiced Mergers & Acquisitions. Mark B. Saku, Esq. is a Seattle-based attorney whose practice focuses on copyright and trademark law and the protection of intellectual property in the the entertainment and new media industries. Mark received his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law with a focus in Intellectual Property. Mark's work commonly involves content and media licensing, business development, copyright and trademark law. Some of his recent work covered: contract negotiation involving media distribution and music publishing; legal counsel in the use of copyrighted images in live performances; and legal assistance in the development and negotiation of small business development and content licensing.

I’ve lived in the Pacific Northwest my whole life. I love it here. I grew up in Lake Stevens, WA, and earned my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Seattle. After taking a law school course on “Corporations, Law and Society,” I knew I wanted to help Seattle businesses with their legal services. I came to fully appreciate the impact of business on society and how the law can shape this impact. I appreciate the relationship between business and our communities, and I am passionate about making it easier for businesses to positively impact our community.

I help businesses and entrepreneurs understand their risks, effectively solve legal and strategic problems, and design strategies to structure and capitalize on opportunities. When I’m out of the office I enjoy time with my wife, son, daughter, and dog, particularly outdoors, time with my family and friends, adventuring, fly fishing travel, fly fishing, travel, reading, snowboarding, golf, tinkering with motorcycles, riding my bike, and building things.
