Gregory Allen was admitted to the State and Federal courts in 2001. He received his Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Psychology from Alfred University in 1998. He went on to law school at Quinnipiac University where he competed on the University Mock Trial team and was awarded for his distinguished acedemic achievement. I have practiced family law in New London County and throughout Connecticut since 1979. I am a family law Special Master. I practice with a partner, Albert Lochiatto who concentrates his practice in contract, criminal, probate and personal injury law.

I am a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford and Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. I am past president of the Connecticut Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and although the majority of the practice is appeals and trial litigation, as a country lawyer in Old Lyme I have always helped people with real estate closings, wills, trusts, estates and the probate process. including will contests and probate litigation. I have argued successfully at the Connecticut Appellate Court and the Connecticut Supreme Court.
