Paul Morochnik has been practicing law in Georgia since 1993. He predominantly has a litigation practice - focusing on banking, business and real estate litigation. Paul was a partner in two small firms for 12 years and 15 years, respectively. He brings practical and logical solutions to complex legal issues. He prides himself on being a partner with his clients to offer them common sense advice that makes sense for their unique situation. His long tenured paralegals and clients are a testament to the relationships he has formed over the years.

28 years experience in full range of civil litigation; 70% Plaintiff and 30% defense. Originally PI, consumer law, divorce and real estae law; Currently representing business and partnership owners and real estate investors. Handling full range of real estate matters including title disputes, partnership dissolutions, negotiations, land trusts, construction issues and litigation and legal malpractice as well as general business law and PI cases.

Having earned a Masters degree in Heritage Preservation, I focus my practice in historic preservation and cultural resource matters when feasible. I also practice in estate planning and administration (including both contested and non-contested cases). When possible, I try to merge the practice areas focusing on estates with a historic resource component (rare books, artwork, artifacts, historic property).

Over thirty years of experience in nearly all facets of construction and business law. Areas of expertise include dispute resolution, business organization, consulting and management, real estate syndication and development, construction management and telecommunications.

• Pilot in USAF. Aircraft Commander KC-135 air refueling tanker. Over 100 missions in Viet Nam.
