Angelo DiBartolomeo is an experienced business lawyer, focused on complex commercial and construction litigation, as well as general business transactions. His litigation experience includes various construction disputes throughout the country, as well as breach of contract actions, commercial and residential real estate disputes, commercial fraud and breach of fiduciary matters, and disputes among corporate shareholders, partners, and LLC members. In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. DiBartolomeo has drafted and negotiated scores of contracts on behalf of businesses across various industries. Mr. DiBartolomeo also has significant experience in professional liability defense and estate planning and administration.

In 2006, I graduated at the top of my class and attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law. While in law school, I worked with the firm Robbins, Kelly Patterson, & Tucker, specializing in civil defense work. I also interned with the Honorable Steve Martin at the Ohio Court of Common Pleas. I have been a licensed attorney for over 25 years. While I have handled a variety of cases, I have recently chosen to focus my practice on Kentucky Lemon Law cases and construction disputes. For the Lemon Law matters, I can represent folks from all over the state. Construction disputes are more site specific so I limit those to the greater Louisville metro area.
