Angelo DiBartolomeo is an experienced business lawyer, focused on complex commercial and construction litigation, as well as general business transactions. His litigation experience includes various construction disputes throughout the country, as well as breach of contract actions, commercial and residential real estate disputes, commercial fraud and breach of fiduciary matters, and disputes among corporate shareholders, partners, and LLC members. In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. DiBartolomeo has drafted and negotiated scores of contracts on behalf of businesses across various industries. Mr. DiBartolomeo also has significant experience in professional liability defense and estate planning and administration.

In 2006, I graduated at the top of my class and attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law. While in law school, I worked with the firm Robbins, Kelly Patterson, & Tucker, specializing in civil defense work. I also interned with the Honorable Steve Martin at the Ohio Court of Common Pleas. Jonathan focuses his practice on helping those who have been injured or damaged, with primary experience in automobile and trucking cases, slip-and-fall and trip-and-fall cases, motorcycle accidents, and wrongful death.
