Bo is a graduate of Furman University with a degree in Business (B.S. 2011), Winthrop University with a Masters in Business (M.B.A. 2013), and Charleston School of Law (J.D. 2017). He is a member of Grace Church and resides in Travelers Rest with his wife Rachel who is the firm's office manager. Bo is licensed to practice in all South Carolina and North Carolina state and federal courts. John focuses his practice on business transactions, commercial real estate development, commercial leasing, and commercial lending. John also has experience representing commercial investors, utilities, and financial institutions in connection with commercial bankruptcy, insolvency, creditors’ rights issues, and all phases of real estate litigation law, as well as commercial and real estate litigation.
