O’Kelley H. Pearson joined Hickey & Evans in 2007 as an Associate and became a Partner in 2011. She graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law with honors in 2007 and was admitted into the Bar in 2007.

At UW College of Law, O’Kelley served on the Student Honor Council, as managing editor of the Wyoming Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Most recently, O’Kelley taught Legal Writing as an adjunct professor at the College of Law.

Not quite a native of Jackson Hole, Richard has lived and worked in Jackson since 1972. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming in 1993, and his M.B.A. and J.D. in 2002, both also from the University of Wyoming. Acting as General Counsel for RAM Construction since his admission to the Wyoming Bar in 2002, his practice has involved issues of business, construction, employment, tax, real estate and administrative law. Richard completed an L.L.M. in Taxation from Villanova University, and anticipates completion of that masters degree in spring of 2017.

Dave’s experience spans a range of business endeavors, law, and elected roles in local and state government.

Dave’s particular interests are wills, trusts and estates, contracts, business, corporate law, limited liability companies (LLCs), partnerships, real estate, construction, health care, personal injury, government agencies, boards and commissions, banking and lending, employment and workplace issues.

In 2004, Neal R. Stelting received his law degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law. At that time, Neal worked for a water-right consulting firm with offices in Laramie, WY, Houston, TX and Vancouver, WA. Neal became licensed to practice law in the State of Washington in 2005 and the State of Wyoming in 2006. The Stelting Law Office was originally formed in Jackson, Wyoming, but relocated to Pinedale in 2007 when Neal became the contract Public Defender for Sublette County.
