Michael is a full-time faculty member of BYU-Idaho's Business Management department. While teaching is his main focus, he maintains a law practice focused on business law, contract disputes, and disability. He is licensed in Idaho and Florida.

Mr. Darnall is a well tenured attorney that spent 16 years with a Fortune 25 company, served as General Counsel for various companies & represented "big box" retailers during his tenure at a Texas law firm. Mr. Darnall has a myriad of transactional experience including Leasing, residential and commerical real estate, purchase and sales agreements, M&A,corporate as well as 1st chair jury trial experience and is always willing to diligently represent his clients and take his opponets to the "mat" if neccessary.

Eric is a peer-reviewed, AV-rated attorney and key member of the Jones & Swartz civil litigation team. He is involved in a full spectrum of complex cases ranging from serious personal injury, to employment matters to commercial litigation. Eric has successfully litigated a wide variety of cases for clients of the law firm, in Boise and beyond. Eric represents individuals and businesses of all sizes doing plaintiff and defendant work.
