In 2020, I left a large national law firm to open the Law Office of Andrew D. Thomas. I was frustrated with the limitations of big law and believed there was a better way to practice law. Daniel S. Chavez was born and raised in McKinney, Texas. He attended the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science. There, he was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity. During this time, he met his wife Kirsten. Today, they are happily married and have a beautiful daughter, Blakely.

David was born and raised in the Dallas area and attended Mesquite schools. He is a graduate of Texas Wesleyan School of Law. Before he became a lawyer, David was a teacher and a coach in several Texas school districts. He also enjoyed coaching summer leagues for many years.

David served on the Forney ISD school board for six years and was president one year.
