Timothy W. Emery is a founding member of Emery | Reddy. Tim is dedicated to protecting Washington workers and consumers by suing serial violators of their civil rights. I primarily practice bankruptcy and real estate law and have represented both debtors and creditors over the last 14 years. My practice includes helping both individuals and small businesses restructure and reorganize or wipe out their debts. I am admitted to practice in Washington, Ohio, and the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

Jeff was born and raised in Garland, TX and has been around the world twenty times without losing his Texas roots. At age 22, he joined the Army and was stationed at Ft. Stewart, GA where he served as a combat medic in the 3rd Infantry Division. Later, he obtained his first law degree from the University of South Africa and bought a house with his beautiful wife Nicole. Today, he lives on Mercer Island with his family. He is fanatical about the game of chess and loves Shakespeare, the Simpsons, and Linux.

Patrick Reddy is a founding member of Emery | Reddy, PLLC and litigates workers’ compensation and employment matters throughout Washington state. He regularly practices before the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals (BIIA), the state Superior Courts, the Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court, and the United States District Courts of Eastern and Western Washington.
