I have been practicing primarily Family Law for over 30 years. I feel that, like a choosing a doctor, the choice of an attorney to help you to nagivate through the sometimes rough waters of a divorce, placement or custody matter is crucial, so that the waves are more gentle. In so many cases, just a little common sense and a voice of reason can calm the tides before they escalate, which leads to a more efficient resolution.

Daniel Overbey is a partner practicing in the areas of divorce, family law and asbestos & mesothelioma litigation. Prior to attending law school, Daniel served for 13 years as a Police Sergeant with the Daytona Beach Police Department. After law school, Daniel was employed with a large Chicago law firm until moving to Wisconsin in 2004. He and his wife live just north of Minocqua in the Town of Arbor Vitae. Tim Greenwood grew up in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, before moving to Oshkosh for undergraduate, and then Milwaukee to attend Marquette University Law School. After graduating Tim worked as a Family Law Contract Attorney for a private firm in the Milwaukee area before joining LaRowe Gerlach Taggart LLP in 2019 until 2021.
