I, a native of Memphis, TN., am a graduate of Memphis Central High School, and of The University of Memphis; I then graduated from Southern University Law Center. After graduating from Southern, I moved to Washington D.C., where I worked as a policy analyst, writing policy for the United States Department of Agriculture. I then worked at a subrogation firm negotiating insurance claims for companies across the United States, including Walmart and Home Depot. Jennifer is the founder and owner of the Flinn Law Firm, P.A. located in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas. She is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law, where she teaches a course in Education Law.
