I represent corporate and individual clients before the trial, administrative, and appellate courts of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. I also provide general counsel services to small businesses, municipalities, sole proprietors, artists, writers and musicians. I am an active member of the Lycoming Law Association, serve as solicitor for the City of Williamsport, and as an assistant solicitor for the County of Lycoming.

My office was founded in Millersburg, Dauphin County in 1951 by Attorney Allen Shaffer. Since I joined the Firm in 1999, I took over as managing partner in 2001 and later as sole shareholder in 2006. The office has expanded from a two lawyer firm to a four attorney firm and moved to Harrisburg. We handle a variety of legal areas, including Family Law, Divorce, Child Custody, Criminal Law, Municipal Law, and Educational Law.

Ann Pepperman, an honors graduate of Gettysburg College and Georgetown University Law Center, first served a clerkship for the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. She then practiced law in Williamsport for over three decades before joining McCormick Law Firm.
