Throughout her professional life, Sharon Ramage has been devoted to aiding families and children alike. Initially as a social worker, she observed the harrowing effects conflict had on kids and their relatives. Subsequently in 1992, she dedicated her legal services to providing assistance for those who needed it most; focusing primarily but not exclusively on family law matters along with special education cases. Andrew serves as a consultant for a wide variety of business sectors, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies implementing procedures to safeguard them against litigation. He is a certified Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA) Level II Civil Rights Investigator and a certified Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Trainer. Andrew has developed training programs related to workplace harassment prevention; EEOC; COVID-19 safety; and diversity & inclusion.
