She litigates administrative matters & lawsuits in federal court - including due process hearings, MDR proceedings, disciplinary hearings, grievance hearings, OCR complaints, & civil lawsuits.

Andrew serves as a consultant for a wide variety of business sectors, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies implementing procedures to safeguard them against litigation. He is a certified Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA) Level II Civil Rights Investigator and a certified Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Trainer. Andrew has developed training programs related to workplace harassment prevention; EEOC; COVID-19 safety; and diversity & inclusion.
