Dorene Kuffer is the senior and principle attorney with over 34 years practicing all aspects of family law in New Mexico and Illinois.

Dorene earned an LL.M. (an advanced law degree) in Child and Family Law from Loyola University, Chicago School of Law. In Illinois, Dorene handled cases ranging from traffic, misdemeanor, felony and death penalty cases, to divorce, custody, adoption, business litigation and contract disputes. She was also an adjunct professor at Loyola University teaching family law to graduate level students.

Gary Risley is the founding director and shareholder of the Risley Law Firm, P.C. Prior to starting his own firm he was a director and shareholder in the Farmington office of the Miller Stratvert P.A.law firm. He graduated cum laude from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas in 1980 with a bachelor of arts degree, and received his juris doctor from the Baylor University School of Law in 1983.
